Metal Pressing Parts

Oil-less press eliminates the degreasing process and contributes to cost reduction. It can be press-molded in a clean room and contribute to reduce the amount of dust.

We can supply parts of various sizes from high precision parts processing to special pressing and supply highly precise and clean metal pressing parts.

Optical Coating Parts

We will cut the parts to the specified shape and deliver them after design printing is done on a transparent plate such as acrylic. High resin hard coat coating is applied to the resin surface

Optical Dipping Parts

We can apply dipping treatment such as antireflection treatment (AR) and anti-fingerprint treatment (AFP) onto an optical resin plate. We perform design printing, cut the parts to the specified shape and deliver them to customers.

Vapor Deposition / Sputtering Parts

We will add new functions to optical parts by optical thin film coating, using vapor deposition or sputtering technology.

Other Coating Parts

UV coating that gives luxurious glossy luster is hard to get dirty and scratched, and it also has excellent resistance to heat and chemicals. We will produce high valued products by coating products with severe dimensional accuracy such as optical parts.
