Super-thin Resin Molding

By using our original control molding machine and a high-precision mold, we achieve thin-wall molding with a thickness of minimum t=0.15mm. We can also mold uneven products with low warpage by controling a molding machine. To meet the needs of cuntomers, other options such as printing and UV coating are possible.

2-color Molding

By molding two different materials with one molding machine, we can make molded products with various functions such as dustproof and waterproof. Hard materials and soft materials can be combined with a high degree of freedom. It can also be used as an exterior part by coating or vapor deposition.

Elastomer Molding

It can be used for various purposes as a rubber substitute. As vulcanization time required for rubber molding is unnecessary, it is possible to produce large quantities of products with a small number of molds. We propose materials as necessary, such as cushioning property and sliding property. Moreover, it can be used as a design part by painting and vapor deposition.

Optical Clear Resin Molding

We will respond to optical design and simulation of various lenses. Based on the results of the simulation, mold design and high precision mold processing will be applied to finish the lens to demonstrate the expected function.
