Some injection molded products, especially optical parts and thick-walled products need side gates. We reccomend to use MagicGate, which make it unneccesary to cut side gates. Utilizing the MagicGate mold as a transparent light guiding part, you can greatly reduces the light dispersion and abnormal light emission etc., which tend to occur in the part the side gate has been cut.

Particularly in automotive long light guide rods, it is necessary to install a side gate to the middle part of the product, and optical failure may occur depending on the gate processing method. One way to solve such problems is the MagicGate Light Guide Bar.
