Flexible thin foam that is easy to work with can be used for clearances as small as 100µm.

Overview

It is a flexible foam with a fine cell structure, thinner and stronger than conventional dustproof and cushioning foam material. By enhancing the shape conformability to the material, it can deal with a small clearance of 100 µm. And improving dust prevention reliability realizes higher degree of freedom in its design. Moreover, it has bothe flexibility and very good workability.
