Surface modification technology

Excimer UV irradiation

This technology uses high-energy ultraviolet light to generate radicals, while at the same time using the photon energy of the ultraviolet light to break the bonds between molecules on the surface of a material and change the surface energy. It is characterized by dry treatment and no temperature rise.

Corona discharge

This technology modifies the surface of treated base materials such as plastic films by corona discharge irradiation.
If corona treatment is applied to the substrate as it passes through an electric discharge, the surface energy changes and the bonding properties are significantly improved.
